How do I contact the CHPOA Board of Directors?

Am I required to have my information published in the Association Directory?
The Association Directory is provided Only to the members of the CHPOA. However if you wish to not have your contact information published all you have to do is inform us and we will not include that information.
What are the billing procedures?.
Annual Dues for the Association are $50 per year (April thru March) However membership is totally voluntary.
Can I obtain an invoice for my purchase?
Invoices for Dues paid are sent out by email or USPS when the dues are paid. However the Treasure has records and can supply invoices if you contact and state what you need.
I am going on vacation, Can I contact someone to monitor my property?
Absolutely, The Washington County Sherriff’s Office has a form that you can email, Fax to let them know when you will be out of town, how long and what they should expect to see on the property, The Deputies will add this to their patrol activities. You can find the form at Resources – Washington County Texas Sheriff’s Office Just download and send in the Close Report.
Can I provide the Sherriff’s office with contact information for my property in case of and emergency?
As we dispatch for all agencies within Washington County (law enforcement, EMS and FD), any contact/location information you provide to us, we can place as a location note for the specific address. The best way to get this information to us is to send an email to our main dispatch email inbox:

The following are some examples of what people include in their location notes:
- Gate code
- Owner(s) name/phone number
- Emergency contact name/phone number/address (if different)
- Dogs on location (inside/outside)
- Spare key location or door code
- House description (if multiple on property)
- Location instructions (if difficult to locate or multiple driveways)
